Our First Thanksgiving

We have so very much to be thankful for this year and every year.  Two years ago, we were supposed to start our first round of IVF on Thanksgiving.  We got delayed and had to start on Christmas, which seemed like such a setback at the time. If only we knew then, that two years later we would have three healthy, happy boys celebrating their first Thanksgiving at almost 11 months old. God is so good!

We celebrated Thanksgiving with two delicious meals. First with Grandma, Grandpa, Rachel, Dakota, and family.

Then (after a nap for everyone), we celebrated with Baba, Steve-O, GG, Pops, Grandmother, Preston, Amy, and Bella.

We even got to meet uncle Benn for the first time, and he brought us a picture he made just for us!

Happy Thanksgiving!
Love, love, love y'all!

Our First Halloween

Lions and elephants and bear, oh my!

The boys loved their costumes! They, especially Andrew, thought it was just absolutely hilarious to see their brothers in costume and just kept cracking up at one another.

Once they got over the giggles, they were happy to pose.

We also posed in (some of) our Halloween shirts.

We also had to get pictures of the boys in pumpkins while they're still small enough to fit.

A little behind the scenes...

Archer was terrified of the pumpkins from the minute we brought them home,
but he stopped crying once he was inside of one.

We celebrated with a Halloween party at the Madingers the week before Halloween.

Which was good because Halloween was really rainy, so we stayed home and passed out candy to our (two) trick-or-treaters.

We did introduce the boys to the tradition of watching Rocky Horror Picture Show while getting ready.

Now pictures of babies doing everyday things in their animal costumes...

Good night! Happy Halloween!
