The nursery: Before and in progress

Below are before and in progress photos of the nursery (nowhere near finished yet).

The nursery was lavender before, so we most definitely had to paint. We still have a long way to go, but are thrilled we got the cribs assembled, painting done, and curtains made/hung. Thanks a million to mom for doing most of the work (painting and curtains). She definitely has skill sets that we do not.

Crib assembly (x3) is no joke!
Crib assembly (plus huge belly at 19 weeks)
Sewing the beautiful curtains!
Wrigs did not help at all,...
so I made him model the the baby gear.
which he did NOT love!
He is apparently interested in feeding the babies though,
since he loves sitting inside the nursing pillow.

In progress (it's not easy making 3 cribs fit in a small bedroom
or getting a picture of them all in said bedroom)

It's hard to tell how pretty the fabric is from the picture, so here is a sample.

Now the fun parts begins. Time to decorate. We’re not sharing the theme just yet (and no, it’s not Disney despite the vintage animals in the pictures), but it is going to be fun!
