Happy Halloween (Week 26 Update)!

Belly: Well the boys have moved ever so slightly, which has made life so much more comfortable. Baby A is still head down. Baby B and C are both breach and are currently occupying my right and left sides respectively, which is cool because I feel both of their little heads. The only uncomfortable thing is that Baby A (I assume it's him) puts pressure on my bladder in his new position.

Below are pics of Wrigs and I on Halloween. I wanted to be fat Elvis, but couldn't really justify spending all the money on an elaborate costume, so Wrigs and I dressed as pumpkins instead. Jay's costume pics to come...
Jay always tries to get a candid and he caught this sweet one (he says I have been touching my belly more lately).
We had a low key Halloween. We went to Grill Marks and ate. I took this opportunity to get my picture made with one of Greenville's many statues/sculptures (I am trying to get a pic with all of them and this one was on my to do list). On the right I am very happy and full because Grill Marks has amazing milshakes as well as (and this was new to me) gluten free onion rings and fried pickles. Whoa!

Cravings: Nothing really as of late. I have been making a lot of comfort food - breakfast food, soups, mac and cheese - but that may be more weather related than baby.

Symptoms: My upset tummy (read diarrhea) continues. I went to see my GI doc this week to find out if this is pregnancy related or if I have a tapeworm (jk, sort of) and they are doing some tests to check. I am gaining weight and so are the babies, so if this is the worse thing I endure so be it but I just wanted my GI to know.

My only other current symptoms (besides the increased peeing I mentioned earlier) is fatigue. I am afraid the 2nd trimester burst of energy is winding down. I have been napping a lot more or if not napping then lying down to rest. My OB demanded this at my appointment on Thursday, but again it really isn't like I have a choice. I am exhausted if I don't.

Activities: Since my last update, we have had a couple of really low key weekends at home. Dad and Tracy came to visit October 24-25. We got to show them the new house and nursery and have some delicious meals. They brought us high chairs for the boys and some adorable homemade receiving blankets that Tracy made. It was a very nice visit.  This weekend, after our wild Halloween, we went to a wedding of one of Jay's coworkers (see pic below) and got to watch some football with friends.
