Our First Birthday Party

We celebrated our first (although Dad claims it is really our second birthday since we were born on our first birthday) birthday on our actual birthday, January 2, 2016.  We had a balloon themed party at GG's and Pops' house and everyone who was at the hospital when we were born was there - plus lots of other friends.  All the decorations were in our colors - red (Archer), blue (Andrew), and green (Alden). Baba and GG helped Mom decorate. Everyone helped make a delicious lunch. Mom made Bar-b-que, Grandma made slaw, Pops made baked beans, and Paula made Potato Salad.

We were so exhausted afterwards that we could barely drink our bottles while we road home in our new big boy carseats.
