Feeling a little nostalgic this week as we get ready to
leave the condo where our babies were “conceived” and into the house where we
will bring them home. This new house will be our fifth home as a
family (us and Wrigsman). Jay claims to have lived in 21 places (I hope he
isn’t counting sleepovers with ex-girlfriends) in his lifetime and I have lived
in 14. Needless to say, we are pretty good at packing and moving, but this move
is definitely different. Number one, because I can barely lift anything and get
tired after packing two boxes. Number two, because we are moving into a home where
we will bring home three babies. This is both exciting and terrifying, and
makes me thankful for the life and marriage that Jay and I have been able to
experience together thus far.
We will really miss our condo in Downtown Greenville, where
we can walk to tons of restaurants, shops, and the park. Most importantly,
where Jay can walk to work. We will also really miss our baseball patio. Below
is a video montage of pictures of us enjoying the patio and a recording of the
announcer reading Jay’s email to him on our last night in the condo.
