Bump: Didn’t take a profile view this
week, but the babies are definitely making their presence known.
Cravings: None.
Symptoms:
My back
is really stiff, especially after flying (we went to Maine, more on that later).
I am still pretty sleepy, but that is certainly starting to get better. The
other thing is my sinuses are bleeding like crazy and I am constantly
congested. All the sniffling has Jay convinced that I'm crying all the time. Also,
"pregnancy brain" seems to be a real thing.
[Jay] I can confirm.
Activities:
No
doctors this week, but I did go to acupuncture on Monday. I have to say again
what a blessing Amber has been.
Acupuncture has been a lifesaver during both fertility treatments and
pregnancy – she treats all of my symptoms and is making the babies grow!
On Monday
night, Dad, Tracy, and Rachel came to Greenville for a visit. We went to dinner
and showed Rachel around Greenville a little. It was a great way to start the week!
On
Tuesday, I met with my boss to tell her the big news. She was super supportive
and open to me having a more flexible schedule during the spring semester. I
almost cried when I left her office because I was so relieved and thankful for
her support.
On
Wednesday night, Jay and I left for Maine (yeah, that Maine) to meet Mom and
Steve. Our friends who live in Boston, Aarti, Ryan, and Sula (it was my first
time to meet the little doll) joined us for the weekend as well. It was great to visit with everyone and the
views were amazing.
[Jay] Who goes to Maine? Seriously.
